Atlantis Beach Villa is composed by 33 Rooms and Studios, designed in the traditional way of the island with stored beds and a lots of marble. All the rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, air-condition, satellite TV, self dialing telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, balcony or terrace and kitchenette in the studios.

Extra bed 30 % deduction from the above price of one person.
Children up to 24 months old are free
Children from 25 months - 12 years pay 50 % from the above price
of one person.

Payment policy:
Credit card guarantee is required to confirm & secure your reservation. Full payment will be made directly at the hotel.

Cancellation policy:
- For reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
- For reservations cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival,
the cancellation fee equals to two nights charge.
- For reservations cancelled in less than 48 hours prior to arrival,
100% charge of the total reservation amount will apply.
- In case of no-show 100% charge of the total reservation amount will apply.

Additional terms:
n so far as we receive no announcement for late arrival till 19.00 o'clock, we are left to rent the room to somebody else. Reservations, changes and cancellations need the written form. Telephone agreements are only valid if they were confirmed by email or fax.
